Refunds Cancellation

Due to nature of our Handmade goods and they need special care , Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving item for any refund or exchange. Postage and 10% restocking fee wont be refunded. Buyer has to pay return shipping and returned item must be in un-used condition and well packed.

If any item is used/not in exact same condition, no money will be refunded.

All our items are checked before postage. If any item gets damaged while shipping then we are happy to discuss and resolve any problem.Buyer must inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

Customers can cancel their set orders if its not been processed / shipped.

If any International package returned back to us due to non-receipt, no shipping cost will be refunded.

Custom Orders can not be canceled, once we start working on them, neither returns will be accepted.
